Istanbul Kultur University is one of the private universities in Turkey, which was established in 1997 by the Kultur College Education Foundation in the beautiful city of Istanbul. The campuses of this university are all located close to each other in the European part of Istanbul and in the areas of Bahçelievler, Ataköy, İncirli. In the main campus of the university, 560 square meters of green and pleasant environment is provided. It also has many services including restaurants and cafeterias. The university has well-equipped laboratories and a library containing more than 27,000 paper books, 32,000 e-books and more than 40,000 e-journals.

The university has a sport club and sport teams in volleyball, basketball, football, martial arts, etc. which students can participate in.

Istanbul Kultur University provides accommodation for non-native and international students so that students do not have any difficulty in finding student accommodation. There is a dormitory for girls with a capacity of 211 students and a dormitory for boys with a capacity of 148 students with 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms, all of which have facilities such as: bathroom, toilet, quilt, pillow, wardrobe, desk, refrigerator Small, air conditioning and internet available.
