Yalova University, which aims to raise individuals with modern equipment who can integrate with the world, was established by publishing in the Official Gazette dated May 31, 2008 and numbered 26892. The foundation of Yalova University is Uludağ University Yalova Vocational High School. Due to the need for a university belonging to Yalova, which became a province in 1995, Yalova Higher Education Foundation was established on January 22, 1996. On February 19, 2007, Yalova University Foundation for Construction and Sustenance was established. As a result of the university establishment activities, Yalova University, a young and dynamic university in Yalova, which is a new province, started its educational activities in 2008.
