Fenerbahçe University is a private university and was established in 1998 in Istanbul. Fenerbahçe University was established by Fenerbahçe Sports Club. The university, which initially operated as an institute of health and culture, later formally and legally obtained its university license in 2016 from the Turkish Court of Justice.
