Istanbul Ayvansaray university, formerly known as Plato vocational school was established in 2009. The vocational school, called Plato school which is a part of the university now, was established in 2009, and it was upgraded to a university level in 2016. Today, Istanbul Ayvansaray university is a university which values arts, science and design all together and with the help of modern technology, tries to offer high-quality courses with European standards to its students. The university is located at different parts of Istanbul. There are 3 campuses, all of which are located in the central parts of the city. The biggest of three campuses, Kazlicesme campus is located at the Zeytunburnu area. Other campuses are located in Sisli and Balat areas of Istanbul.
